Aurum club

Aurum club was inaugurated in the year 2016 when the department was started. The purpose of the club is to organize programs to develop awareness and concern for scientific principles in personal, social, environmental and technological contexts. The club encourages students to enthusiastically participate in the activities organized by the club.

INVITED LECTURE (28/02/2025)

On February 28, 2025, the Department of Chemistry organized an Invited Lecture on NMR Spectroscopy at 11:00 AM. The session was delivered by Dr. T. Lurthu Pushparaj, Assistant Professor, PG Department of Chemistry, TDMNS College, Tirunelveli – 627007.  

The lecture provided valuable insights into Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) Spectroscopy, covering its principles, applications, and significance in chemical analysis. Students and faculty members actively participated, engaging in discussions that enhanced their understanding of the subject.
