POWERPOINT PRESENTATION COMPETITION -19/10/2022

Aurum Club conducted an Intra Departmental PowerPoint Presentation Competition on October 19, 2022 ,on topics which focuses around Chemistry. Students showed their healthy and enthusiastic participation.

IN-HOUSE LECTURE -18/10/2022

The Aurum Club organized an In-House Lecture on "A Conceptual introduction to Magnetic materials"on October 18, 2022 at 2:00 pm.Basic concepts and properties behind and about Magnets were taught during the lecture.Students of all the three years took part in it.

 

 

 

WORKSHOP AND HANDS-ON TRANING 12/10/2022

 Students of Department of Chemistry took part in the Workshop and Hands-on training on "Advanced Characterization Techniques for Biomaterials" organized by the Department of Prosthodontics of Saveetha Institute of Medical and Technical Services on 12/10/2022.Students were taught the techniques, Application and handling of the various instruments such as U-V visible Spectroscopy, Confocal Microscopy,Electron spining,etc..,

 II year students of Department of Chemistry won third prize in Rangoli Competition in "Thom Fest-2022" conducted by St.Thomas College of  Arts and Science.
